| The worms around here are ENORMOUS and Gio loves searching for them as well as snails and slugs. I find them everywhere- in his pockets, up his sleeves. Such a BOY. |

Yesterday we took a walk in the woods to search for "dinosaur eggs". Gio was so excited for this as he is currently fascinated with all things dino.

| I just love Italian's sense of humor. Gio, of course, was completely in awe. We did have some trouble convincing him that we would not come upon the "Mamma dinosaur" if we kept exploring. We will certainly have to bring Nonno back here in August to show him our find.... |

We have two more days in Italy (Today being Paolo's 45th birthday!!!) and then return to Kiev for Gio's last 7 weeks of school. Then back we come in a very packed Volvo for the summer.
